NJCarListings.com provides a venue for sellers to advertise vehicles. We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and don't inspect or guarantee vehicles listed by users. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for complying with New Jersey law, including title, disclosure and dealer licensing requirements.

We may remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that are fraudulent, misleading, duplicate, or for vehicles located outside New Jersey. Offers made through Sell Your Car Now are subject to in-person inspection and title verification.
